Routine tests on every unit, documented type tests, and packing built for a sea voyage — the three things that decide whether your equipment arrives working.
A certificate on the wall does not protect a transformer from a loose busbar bolt. What protects it is a defined check at every stage — incoming material, fabrication, assembly, wiring, and a routine test on the finished unit before it goes into a crate.
Our quality system follows ISO 9001 principles, and the products are designed and tested against the relevant IEC and GB standards. Type test reports from accredited laboratories are available for the main product families.
These are performed on the finished product and the results are recorded and supplied with the shipment.
| Product | Tests performed | Reference standard |
|---|---|---|
| HV switchgear & RMU | Power-frequency withstand on main circuit; voltage withstand on auxiliary and control circuits; measurement of main circuit resistance; mechanical operation test; interlock and functional test | IEC 62271-200 |
| Vacuum circuit breaker | Power-frequency withstand; contact resistance; mechanical operation test (open/close cycles); mechanical characteristics (travel, speed, bounce, closing/opening time); wiring check | IEC 62271-100 |
| LV switchgear | Dielectric test; protective circuit continuity; insulation resistance; operation and functional test of all functional units | IEC 61439-1 |
| Box-type substation | All of the above per compartment plus polarity, phase sequence, wiring verification and enclosure IP check | IEC 62271-202 |
| Distribution transformer | Ratio measurement; winding resistance; no-load loss and current; load loss and impedance; insulation resistance; induced and applied voltage withstand; oil test (oil-immersed) | IEC 60076-1 |
| Surge arrester | Reference voltage; residual voltage at nominal discharge current; leakage current; insulation withstand | IEC 60099-4 |
| Instrument transformer | Ratio and polarity check; insulation resistance; power-frequency withstand; accuracy verification (when accuracy is critical) | IEC 61869 |
| Cable accessory | Visual and dimensional check; material and hardness check; sample electrical withstand for batch orders | IEC 60502-4 |
Type test reports from accredited laboratories are available for the standard models. If your specification calls for a specific third-party type test, tell us — in many cases we can supply the report, in others we will say so honestly rather than pretend.
Most damage happens between the factory gate and your site, not in the switchgear itself.
Fumigated plywood or steel-framed cases with vapour barrier and desiccant for long sea routes and humid destinations.
Handcart and breaker units mechanically locked and braced; busbars and porcelain protected against vibration and impact.
Sealed barrier bags with desiccant inside enclosures; heaters or drying charges for equipment with long transit times.
Shipping marks to your format, container numbering, lifting and handling symbols, and packing list matching each case.
Container loading plans and photographs are provided before shipment. Weight and dimension data are supplied for your inland transport planning.
Manuals and labels can be supplied in your language — tell us which language is required in the tender or purchase order.
Serious buyers are welcome to visit our factory in Zhejiang, or to appoint a third-party inspection agency. We would rather you verify us than take our word for it.
